I want to say something positive. But I can't. I want to support local businesses, but this time I won't. The staff are either downright rude or at best, disinterested. They also hardly ever have the prescription ready, even when I give them 2 weeks! And then they often haven't got it in stock so I have to go elsewhere. Rubbish.

Incompetent staff, never answer the phone. I kept ringing as I'm the customer and they kept hanging up. Formal complaint being sent in to them. Unfortunately for them I'm like a dog with a bone with things like this and luckily live round the corner so I'll pop round tomorrow and find out which one was hanging up, then name and Shame to management.

I think it's a crying shame that nobody in the chemist answers there phone . Let me remind you you are believe it or not a service to the community so please have the decency to answer the phone

Pharmacist was incredibly rude to me, embarrassing me in front of a queue of people. For context I made an offhand comment that I was having to pay full price for only part of my prescription as my usual pharmacy had an ongoing shortfall of my medication. I wasn't rude, I just made an offhand comment that I had to pay full price for 1/4 of my meds that was outside my control. The pharmacist who had arrived late for work and did not look overly happy then said in front of everyone there that I was "taking these meds from his patients and if I didn't want them I could go elsewhere".They're not his patients, they're their doctors patients. I never said I didn't want them and was not rude or aggressive. If they had been allocated to another patient then they wouldn't have been available for me to have them.If I had been able to get my meds anywhere else I would have done.NHS complaint could do nothing because it's an independent pharmacy. Medical professionals shouldn't be making someone feel anxious and guilty just because they have a stick lodged firmly up their rear-end

I never normally post reviews but I?ve been using this pharmacy for a couple of months now and always greeted with a smile and served as quickly as possible. Staff are very friendly and attentive, very impressed! Thank you for all your hard work during this very busy period!

I?d give no stars if I could. This is one of the worst chemist I?ve ever been to! They failed to answer calls for three days then when questioned proceeded to hang up the phone no customer service what so ever. Then because I raised an issue with this I was then refused medication I desperately needed on Christmas eve. You have to be a horrible human being to treat someone so disrespectfully. This man is clearly miserable, and lacks compassion or empathy. The customer is bound to be frustrated after making 50 calls. I was left without needed medications for over 3 days. I was displaying covid symptoms and was unable to come in person hence why so many calls were made. This was so someone could collect them on my behalf. He told me to come down anyway despite me telling him I couldn?t. He agreed I could send a child to collect it.I had no choice because I was withdrawing with no sleep and in pain, on top of a chest infection that was left untreated all week.Staff should be allocated to answer calls this is no excuse for his treatment or to be so spiteful. to insinuate that you have been to busy for three days is a joke. I was then forced when sick to get a bus miles away on Christmas Eve to get medication I desperately needed because he has a chip on his shoulder. This is not grounds to ban someone from collecting their prescriptions. I?m entitled to be angry especially after being hung up on after so many calls. Disgraceful way to treat anyone let alone a very sick individual. I have made a formal complaint to the nhs. I felt discriminated against and treated unfairly considering the circumstances. He chose to handle it in this manner and be so unprofessional so I hope swift action is taken so it doesn?t happen to anyone else.
