We have had the worst experience with a member of staff. My nephew was trying on hats and he took a picture wearing the hat. And he was going to purchase the hat and The member of staff came over to us and told my nephew he shouldn?t be wearing feathers as he is a boy. I said that she was very disrespectful and i said he can wear what ever he feels comfortable in and the member of staff said let?s agree to disagree. She carried on trying to make my nephew feel ashamed and my nephew was very upset and we left the shop. I mentioned to the member of staff that my nephew has been getting bullied and was trying to cheer him up and she still carries on being rude. She bullied a 11 year old boy .

Over heard a staff member tell a lady who had bladder cancer that she can?t use their loo and should go to whetherspoons instead.
