Late in the afternoon I took my poorly old PC in as it may as well have been running on steam and email would have been quicker by carrier pigeon. Within a couple of hours, Bideford Computers called to confirm my worst suspicions that it was a terminal case so I agreed to buy a replacement. This was ready the following afternoon with all my files copied over and ready to go. Andrew and Josh were super helpful, informative, quick and reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again and can highly recommend!

Our laptop failed, took into Bideford computers, the service was brilliant (special mention for Josh). Had to leave the laptop with them, but they called back within a couple hours. Gave a very reasonable price to fix it, and I picked it up the same day. If you have a problem with your computer/laptop, thoroughly recommend this is your first choice.

My old All in One was getting tired and needed replacing. As I am in my eighties and a little unsure which way to go techwise, I decided to speak to Andrew at Bideford Computers. I had never been there until now. What a different reception from my experience with larger companies. He couldn't have been more helpful and certainly knowledgeable. He understood my needs and built me an excellent new desktop PC complete with monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. Also transferred my data from old machine to new model and gave me every assistance in setting it all up. Can't get over how helpful he was and not at all pushy. I am not in the habit of making recommendations but have not the slightest hesitation in recommending this company for all your tech needs.

Absolutely amazing customer service was a pleasure to bring my computer in! I called up in the morning as I had just built a gaming pc but it was stuck in a power cycle I couldn?t get it to work and brought it in a couple hours later and within 3 hours my pc was working very reasonable prices aswell was extremely happy with the results would recommend to anyone who needs some help with their computers needs fixing or wants to learn anything about them! Will definitely be coming here again if I run into anymore issues !
