We recently had a bed delivered and bedroom and lounge carpet fitted by Bideford carpets.
We aren't local to them but they were happy to come and measure, deliver & fit the items.
The 3 chaps were friendly and helpful and did an excellent job, even lifting the furniture back into place without being asked to.
The quality of the items are excellent and we hope to return to their beautiful showroom in the near future. Peter,the manager is very knowledgeable and obviously loves what he does.
100% Recommend.

Brilliant service from visit to showroom to choose flooring tiles to delivery of these on date stated and arrival of two incredible fitters who laid them perfectly AND they were very tidy.

I have used Bideford Carpet and Furnishing Centre for many years, from beds to sofas to carpets and more and always had a top quality service. The team both in the shop and deliveries are outstanding, knowledgable about products and making suggestions, helpful and keep you up to date and informed. I could not recommend highly enough. Bideford Carpets recently provided and fitted some new carpets and bed for our home.
The service we received from Kevin Reynolds was extremely helpful in respect of selections and the planning of the installation.
The carpet fitters themselves were excellent and worked very hard.
Totally satisfied with the service offered, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having just bought a lodge in Hartland Forest and not being from the area we were at a bit of a loss in terms of choosing a trustworthy carpet and flooring fitter. We couldn't have found a more welcoming and professional place. Peter May was extremely helpful when it came to picking flooring, carpets, and bedroom furniture. He even called the various suppliers to make sure items were in stock and when they were not, he offered an alternative. He then sent us the quotation which came pretty impressively close to what he had estimated with pen and paper! Now, we cannot wait to go back to our 'cabin in the woods' to enjoy the newly-fitted flooring/carpets/bedrooms. We will also go back to them to choose the rest of the furniture.

Was acknowledged as I entered, and was left to browse before the assistant came over to ask if I needed any help, it was nice to be acknowledged this sometimes doesn't happen in shops today. The assistant was very helpful, would go back.

We recently moved and had to have 2 rooms carpeted plus hall stairs and landing. The 2 chaps were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They got on with the job and even returned furniture without being asked. I highly recommend and wouldn?t hesitate to use again if needed. Thank you!

The team at Bideford Carpets are absolutely brilliant! They came to our rescue when we needed an emergency same day fitting in one of our holiday lets due to damage to the existing carpet. We have used them consistently over the years. All the office staff and the fitting team are always helpful and considerate, a pleasure to deal with. Last year my home had a complete refurbishment, and Bideford Carpets had to work with moving dates due to the challenges with the building work - They worked with the changes but more importantly provided suggestions / solutions to making my house a home .
The Karndean floor has absolutley added to the Wow .
Their service, patience and support has been amazing and cannot recommend them highly enough.
