“26 SEPT 2023I recently needed to reset my telephone banking due to my own stupidity and also make an international deposit. However, I was on holiday and therefore my only option was to do these transactions in a Branch near me. I therefore visited Bidefords Branch and was attended to by the most helpful courteous and friendly Sam.Not only did she take her time to assist me and resolve all my issues but introduced me and helped me apply and install a savings plan which suits me perfectly.I have only been with Nationwide a year and find this bank so helpful and clear in their assistance.Thank you Nationwide and a huge thank you to Bideford's Branch cashier SAM. “I am a celiac and after trying the Cornish Pastie cafe and seeing Costa had nothing for me for lunch, we came to Asda. Not only did the ladies in cafe help us out with what was gluten free but they also took such care to make sure it was prepared safely and told me of risks (it was a toastie so would come out of its bag steaming hot) and they were brilliant. I would highly recommend. Thanks to the ladies and staff at Asda Cafe”
