It's your typical Asda - nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. You'll find everything you'd expect in a superstore, from groceries to home essentials.
Convenient for a quick shop if you're in the area, but there's not much else to make it stand out. Solid, reliable, and no surprises!

I called into the store this evening whilst my granddaughter was at Gymnastics. At a time ( 6.15pm ) when the store was moderately busy. Only one manned checkout was operating. The chap before me in the queue was told he would have to put his items back in his basket and go to the self checkout. Similarly I was told the same, I declined and left my basket explaining that I don?t work for Asda . I object to being left with no option of manned checkouts . Significant profits are made by Asda annually, this should be investigated in adequate staff!! In future I won?t be inclined to return to this store!

I choose Asda as it's local with a good choice of products, I can also use my Blue Light discount card with the Asda Rewards app, for even better value.*****

Generally very happy to shop at Asda for price, choice and quality but PLEASE ask your checkout cashiers to stop addressing shoppers of a certain age as sweetheart, lovely, dear, etc. It's patronising and too personal.

Great place plenty of parking.
Few other shops with being on outlet village area. 2hrs in Asda car park but all day free in outlet parking.

Went in to buy wine on offer with a 25% reduction on 6 bottles. I asked for an empty wine box to carry them in to prevent breakage in the boot of the car. However, I was told that it was policy not to give them to customers because it was not ?eco-friendly?. Well, it won?t be eco-friendly if the loose bottles smash on the way home!
Popped across the road to Aldi who were happy to give me a box for the Asda wine.
Asda 0 - Aldi 1
ps They have now accepted that they got it wrong and they will provide empty boxes on request in future. Rating adjusted accordingly. Thank you.

Went to use the self checkout basket till with a trolley,my bad as I had my 1 year old with me,only had 5 items, so less than what you actually get in a basket and was rudely told use the trolly checkout to which there was a large queue when there was plenty of basket tills available, never had a problem before in Sainsbury's,tesco.might be an idea to put more staff on tills during busy times and tell the rude man working on the 17th August at 3 o'clock to speak to people with a little less attitude. If I had a full trolley I could understand,to which I wouldn't of even gone to the basket self checkout.

Ordered a delivery on 17th Aug to be delivered between 2 and 4pm. Nothing arrived. Called the call centre and they said the store will be contacting me as they haven't got enough drivers. Not acceptable. I tried to call the store as I need my order. Went round and round the houses as couldn't get through to home shopping. Spoke yo the cal centre 3 times as it kept being sent back to them, they couldnt get though either. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer who uses your delivery service every week.

Loud music if you like that kind of thing, loud music if you don?t like that kind of thing. People get away without displaying disabled badges especially in the disabled spaces. Not enough manned checkouts, not enough women (manned) (politically correct) checkouts. Fuel prices are not competitive. But on the bright side, you don?t have to que up. If on the other hand you like ques, join, then fill up at one of the American wholesale warehouses. Just remember to take refreshments with you. No names, No pack drill.
