Very poor , staff cannot be bothered to work , they are all incredibly rude , the self checkouts don't even work anymore or arenever turned on leading to huge wait times , and then after you have been waiting upwards of an hour they tell you that you need to hurry up when you finally get your turn , if you have any issues then bald guy at the counter just stares at you as if you know how to fix the problem , they need more staff , better training and better managment

They stock what I need in the back, but can't go and get it for me because the only person on staff is not allowed to leave the front counter unattended for a second even though there's no queue.

Seems to be a daily occurrence, you should change your opening times on Google to advise customers of your CONTINUED early closure, would avoid unnecessary journeys and stress caused.
