Just popped in to check out laminate flooring and pick up tile adhesive. A customer advisor almost immediately asked if we needed assistance, so we soon had exactly what we needed and were heading out the door. Jon even helped carry our purchase to the car for us!

I received great customer service this morning from Mike and his colleague at Topp Tiles in Barnstaple. I was greeted warmly and reassured that we might be able to match my mother's bathroom tiles. We actually found an identical tile. Mike advised me of which type of tile would match well and assisted me with transferring the purchased tiles to the car. Thank you for your assistance and looking after me. It was really appreciated.

Charlie was really helpful went above and beyond such Great suggestion of styles and colour's never pushy went away with samples , being a couple who can never make there minds up but Charlie made the process so much easier , for us tops tiles is most probably the only place we found where you get help and advise we waisted so much time searching around our go to place and strongly recommend To all
