The locksmith Sam did excellent work replacing and adjusting five locks. He arrived promptly and worked very quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and helpful and did a good job at a reasonable price.

Always impeccable service! Had a few keys cut here on the past. Dropped off some shoes for repair. Just a bit of glue, no charge was the gentleman's words. Very glad and couldn't recommend more

I went in a few weeks ago and the shop manager ordered a link for my watchstrap . There were a number of screw ups with Head Office and for some reason the parts didn?t come. Today I went in and the part had come and the gentleman fixed my watch and then told me it was free of charge. I told him there was no reason to do this, but he insisted. Timpson are simply a wonderful business and this branch is the best of them.

Needed a new Watch battery. Tried a couple of jewellers, they said they would need to send it off for 3 weeks. Popped into Timpson, Jack replaced the battery in 5 mins and was very helpful. Thank you so much.

I have used the high street branch for years. Always friendly , helpful and will be honest if he thinks shoes aren't worth repairing. Fair prices for excellent work.
