I don?t normally write reviews. However felt compelled to today. The staff in the Barnstaple store were fantastic with my teenage daughter and myself. They took time to sort out out old plans, change our address and got my daughter an amazing deal with a new iPhone and a tablet as well. We are very grateful. Thank you very much and would highly recommend this store ?

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude staff, different charges every month with no explanation. Contract rose with '4% industry standards' and doubled. Secret clauses to keep you paying after your contract has ended. Won't follow up with complaints, will just send you an email to pretend they did. Penalise you for using different payment methods, the list could go on. Don't bother getting a contract it is not worth 2 years of struggle.

Three in general are useless. This store never has a manager available so they can't do anything basic and they never answer the phone. AWFUL treatment. Never using Three again

I had a great experience in store yesterday, Aiden and his colleagues were excellent in answering my questions and helping me with travel needs. I'm not a Three customer and yet to see if the service works, but I cannot fault the staff in store.

Appalling experience. The staff were so friendly when I went in. They were falling over themselves to help me. I purchased a 5g home router contract and three mobile contracts for my family. As I live in a poor reception area I stressed throughout that I wanted to be able to cancel my contract if I didn't get reception and I was constantly reassured that I would have a 30 day cooling off period. However as soon as I went back to the store because nothing worked they didn't want to help me at all. "Oh no, we can't do that here. You have to phone up". We'll, I did phone up, while I was still sat in the store. Guess what, you can't do that over they phone, you have to do it in store! To add insult to injury 3 mobile screwed up the transfer of my mobile number and have issued it to someone else. I've run my business from this number for the last 25 years! When they finally admitted fault they had to inform me that due to their error I was also the victim of a data breach. Because of this it gets passed to higher management who still haven't got back to me in spite of me chasing them every day and being reassured it was marked as urgent and I would be contacted within 24 hours. Utter shambles of a company and dishonest sales staff in store. The only reason to go to a store is because you would rather deal with a person. If all they can do is tell you to phone up then there is no point employing them.
