I don’t normally write reviews. However felt compelled to today. The staff in the Barnstaple store were fantastic with my teenage daughter and myself. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude staff, different charges every month with no explanation. Contract rose with '4% industry standards' and doubled. Secret clauses to keep you paying after your contract has ended. Won't follow up with complaints, will just send you an email to pretend they did. Penalise you... read full comment
