Typical Tesco.... Bakery's doesn't bake any breakfast items until lunch... All other bakery items are yesterdays items until they sell out.... Disgusting

It's an ok store to get your basics, but lately they've allowed an annoying 'big issue' beggar to sit on the main concourse to harass people as you enter and leave. Lowers the tone of the whole area. Move them on please, they can go do that in the town centre.

The cafe you can only use a machine to order , go to the gardening center over the road , you can order at the till with a person

Staff are amazing here. I am visiting my daughter and my grandson, who is 2, which is usually a difficult age. He loves to come to this tesco's with his mum. This is down to the friendlynes of the staff, especially Paula and Jamie...yes he knows their names!! A smile really does go a long way. Thank you ?

I made an order of a breakfast and two lots of toast and butter for me and my daughter, there was only about 6 tables filled and it took 45 mins to get our food. Not only that a man next to me mentioned that it?s took quite a long time today and she started arguing out loud with him and being very rude next to my 11 year old daughter. Will never be coming back, it?s scared her!

The new cafe is self ordering on a touch screen computerised tablet. Older persons find it confusing. It does not seem to aid speed of delivery of order. Another concern is that no one seems to clean the screens that everyone else has touched!

New cafe set up is absolutely awful ordering is difficult at best had to pay with card no cash option card machine wouldn?t work couldn?t pay cash at the till couldn?t order food at the till gave up in the end and went to sainsburys had food which we ordered and payed for at the till then done our weekly shop there apparently there rolling this awful system to the other Tesco in Barnstaple we signed up for sainsburys nectar points scheme and will no longer be shopping or buying fuel from tescos again awful system even the staff said it was terrible apparently as there?s four order points and no contact with till staff tescos can get more food orders and more money in more quickly but there?s still the same amount of people cooking? Shocking
