Before I started shopping , I used the customer loos,
Whilst in there a member of staff was using the loo
Once he had finished he proceeded to walk out onto the shop floor WITH OUT WASHING HIS HANDS !!!

On holiday and used click and collect service. Have to admit be quicker to do the shopping that collect. Horrific setup only taking one car at at time. Worst one I?ve been to that?s not a drive through click and collect. Single cars reversing to collect.

Tesco Extra is o.k, if you just want to grab a pack of sandwiches, a bag of crisps & a drink but not suitable if you want to do a big shop.

Very poor parking signs.... it used to be 3 hrs free parking....now reduced to either 1hr or 2hr...but really not clear until parking fine arrives.
Will be avoiding for regular bigger shops from now on.
Very disappointed as items in store are good value.

Store shuts at 12 midnight no one can to sn exchange after 9pm . Nothing on their website to say this 40 mile round trip for nothing...every little helps? Beg to differ. Website needs updating to say this or staff need training on thd tills to be able to process refunds when customer services shut

I know it was a bank holiday Monday but the staff at the Cafe can be a little bit more nicer, the young lady who brought our food over literally just chucked it on the table and walked off with no thank you or anything.

Went on the 10th May late, after a busy day, to get some food for my daughter's birthday. The other day I was landed with a parking fine. Telling me I had outstayed my welcome basically. Apparently, you only get 1 hour to shop after 8pm. Don't think there is any other supermarket in the area with this restriction.So I assumed that it would be 2 or 3 hours. I'm absoltuly appalled. Will not be shopping at Tesco ever again! Treat their customers abysmally.

Walking out of Tesco very disappointed today.
At 2:25 today I went into Tesco for some scratch cards and picked up a few other bits along the way. I asked the man at customer service to pay some cash and some card and he was very rude about it. He rolled his eyes at me through the whole process whilst using a patronising tone of voice and made me feel very small.
