I phoned them on a Friday. 20 minutes before they were going to close, seeking assistance as my tyre had a puncture. Flat as a Pancake. They, not only, assisted me getting to them but were very respectful and genuine considering they were close to their weekend commencing. I didn't feel rushed, nor were they rude or hasty...
