Popped into Superdrug on the Barnstaple high street this afternoon (2pm on 25/04/2025) and the two blonde girls working on the tills had the worst attitude I have ever seen in a store. From not a single smile from either of them to attitude when speaking to all customers. I will never return and will not be surprised if other customers think the same. Truly not the reflection of the business that you would expect.

Don't answer the phones when the open did a 44 miles trip to store as they would not deliver when ordered online only to come home and find given me the wrong scent. Contacted online and it's all now out of stock so not happy have to drive 44 miles to return it and be empty handed. Was supposed to get a free laptop bag with it and also ended walking away with a womens bag really not impressed

'Manager' Amy was rude and refused a refund for perfume because the cap of the bottle was slightly wet. Absolute joke, will not be using again. Showed no respect and upset my partner.
