My husband and I,(Bill & Pat Ayres), would like to thank Kay Wooliams of Specsavers, Gammon Lane for helping us by
marking as urgent the repair of my poorly Mum's hearing aid.
We are very grateful to her as Mum has now got her hearing aid back and it is helping improve her quality of life.

I have been using Specsavers Barnstaple, from many years. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the guy who done my eye test was brilliant, but I can?t remember his name sorry, Sarah H was great in helping me choose my new frames, and Sarah S was great in the handover and fitting, I couldn?t have asked for more. I bought a pair of glasses two years ago and one of the arms broke just recently just one of those things I went to Specsavers Barnstable and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman explained that I bought these glasses two years ago from here and the arm has broken off he said not to worry so we apologise for unbreaking off but we will order new ones in and replace some free of charge. What more could you ask for friendly? Polite staff a welcoming building this easy to get reasonable prices,
excellent after-care. I thoroughly recommend them LD Marshall.

they blinded me when putting on my glasses they put the lense in my eye and im now partially blind because of them bad place do not go they even tried to offer me free treatment after their bad service i wouldnt accept treatment from them after what they did to me!!!!!!
