Great shop in town

Unacceptable to shut the shop up minutes before offical closing time. If your door time says 10 then it should stay at 10. I don't expect to have to trapse around town looking for an open shop because you can't be bothered to close when you are supposed to. People if you are using this shop make sure you turn up 10minutes early because god forbid you need something in the last minutes like baby milk!.. absolute joke

New staff member is so rude he?s been rude and ignorant on multiple occasions

I went in today to collect my Yodel parcel, waited in the queue, watched the guy behind the counter serve another guy and provide him a parcel, but then when I got to the front, as soon as I turned my phone around to show the collection barcode, I was rudely told by the store worker that he would not deal with any parcel until every other customer in the store had been served!! Me and a lady behind me had to wait whilst 8 other people were served before us...
Had the guy actually paused for a split second, he would have realised that I was also there to spend money, he was too busy telling me to stand and wait to the side like some sort of naughty school kid...
I should also point out that the guy who got his parcel before I was told to wait was given the package after showing a BANK CARD as ID... A bank card... A cashpoint card, with no photos or anything on... Package security is clearly not a priority for them!! ?
Absolutely awful, I only gave 1/5 as I'm not allowed to leave anything lower...
