Prices good, staff friendly. However, layout needs to be worked on as barely any space and you find yourself constantly having to move out of your way for someone when trying to look at the clothes.

Really disappointed with my whole experience, didn?t expect such a small store for the size of town.The choice of clothing was very limited and very squashed together making it hard to find the right size I wanted and staff weren?t that helpful. My husband went looking in the men?s section which was a waste of time. Perhaps you need to find bigger space premises to cater for holiday makers as well as locals.

I?ve got kicked out of Primark today date 8/3/25 there?s no sign for drinking a hot drink so I went in and he said he can?t be drinking in there. I said no you need to get out and he kicked me out. My coffee went and spoke to a manager or someone they said okay that?s not true. Eating yes so yeah so I won?t be going into Primark any time soon. Security guard in green and white uniform

Alright shop. Always very busy and crowded. Good selection of clothing and home decor. Staff were quite rude.

Brought a coat for Xmas gift wrong size. Could not find the receipt (brand new with tags) went in a told them I new the amount date and time I purchased could they find the receipt as I simply want to exchange they refused. I then went home and found the receipt and called them to ask for them to reserve the size I needed for one day and they refused. Staff fine but policy and customer service appalling.

It's ok cheaper than other shops had what I wanted but do not like the self service tills .in England I went mental to do every body job .download this and that .bring back people to do tills and answer the telephone.not bloody robot's.

I am glad there is a Primark in Barnstaple although it is limited on space and choice. It was reasonably tidy, although it was very busy. First time I have seen self checkouts at Primark, great idea ?

A clothes shop that caters for the very young right up to the more senior clientele. The selection is very good and prices are set to enable all to find that little special item. The garments sold change with the seasons but the essentials are always available. The staff are very approachable and ready to steer you to the area that you seem to never be able to find on your own. No matter the season the profusion of colour means that now matter your taste you should find something to satisfy you craving.

All good, my 13 Yr old daughter loves this place, it is great value for money and the staff are surprisingly helpful and polite considering how busy they are. Highly recommend for a fashion quick fix.
