Often long queues. They do their best BUT it's the post office. An institution that is necessary but frustrating at the same time.

Posted a parcel at Barnstaple Post Office. The staff explained the options clearly, but the best thing was the staff were really happy and cheerful. Thank you :-).

Just been in the Barnstaple Postboffice to exchange my driving licence ... expected to just pick-up a form, but I was assisted, by a South African lady who did it all in minutes. Amazing service and so pleasant with it ... 5star service ...many thanks! Glenn
