Charlie was AMAZING. He went above and beyond in what was a really stressful time selling our home. He was there for every question, every worry, working around our daughters naps, our rescue dog and making sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. Charlie, Emma and team communicated effortlessly with us every step of the way. Charlie and Emma made the whole process feel a million times better and I can not thank them enough.

I found this company to be helpful and accommodating. I viewed a property a few weeks ago but the only thing I found odd was, having expressed an interest they didn't call me back. I have told them my position, which is a very good one, however, no call, even after they said they would, which is still welcomed.

The website was useless for me.l couldn't find the property I'd seen on pilton street despite providing correct spellings and standing outside the property l was searching.I gave all the information it asked for, l gave a high price point, flat /apartment as it had 3 doorbells/intercoms.bedrooms etc,etc...still showed no properties.This was my experience,l hope its helpful to fine tune the website as it really was not helpful and l did not want to telephone an office to get into what position l was in at that point.?

We viewed 2 properties with this agent. At both properties the agent was unable to locate keys to a back door or garage. We had to point out where perhaps they might be and find them for the agent. They also failed to advise that a freehold property that we viewed and then agreed to purchase had a yearly maintenance charge. We only found out 3 weeks after our offer was accepted. We had to pull out of the purchase due to this charge, had we been advised of the charge initially, we would never have even viewed. There was also another relative issue with the property that was not disclosed although it should have been. I will not bother trying to view other properties through this agent and would definitely not use to market our property.

I initially had a lot of difficulty getting any information at all about a rental property I was interested in a few months ago. I rang but the person was not at their desk so I went to the office and was told they didn't work Saturdays and nobody else could help. I left messages with colleagues via their website and via Rightmove but no one got back to me. When I finally got through to the letting agent I was told it had been let and there was a waiting list but they assured me they would contact me if it became available again. Four months later the property is still being advertised and the ad has been updated so I enquired again, encountered the same difficulties and got exactly the same story 2nd time around ie no longer available, waiting list etc. On top of that the marketing was also pretty shocking. I certainly wouldn't pay them to let my property. There were only 3 photos, one of the outside, one of the very dated bathroom and one of the bedroom, no kitchen or living room. They depicted the property as dark, dingy and unappealing and the original ad even lacked a description. The only reason I was so keen to view was that I'd seen the house and knew it was in a lovely location. PS&D have a long way to go. They need to start working as a team to answer enquiries, take ads down when properties are no longer available.and improve their customer service all round.

Extremely professional from start to finish. James took care of everything for me as I wasn?t in the country. A completely stress free experience and would happily use them again. Very reasonable fees and excellent communication throughout the whole process. I was kept up to date regularly by both James and Edward.
