I always have great encounters at Pets at Home, and the staff their are super helpful. Especially a lady called Charmaine. Unfortunately after hearing the vet receptionist talk bad about a customer that they just dealt with on the phone was disgusting. Their customer service is non efficient when they do this in front of other customers.

It's a great shop but not for the items I required todayMy Dog is Raw feed and I normally purchase elsewhere....But popped in today....They had 4 large freezes full...all same brand and every packet contained chicken or beef, which were avoiding due to skin allerges.Was hoping for Lomb, Rabbit, turkey etc...but no... so wasn't great for our needs today sadly.

Nice staff. Easy parking. Didn't have certain common health supplements I needed for my dog. Had to order online with Pets at home. Would probably buy everything online next time to guarantee everything I need.

Staff are nice put policies are not customer friendly when asked about if you need a receipt make sure you take a receipt even if you don't need one as you won't be able to get a refund on returnable products without one and your not told to beware of this fact
