I went in with my wife to by my daughter a Birthday present.
Used to be a really well run store but has definitely taken a turn for the worse recently.
We waited ten minutes whilst we waited for the staff to moan about how they don't really like their new manageress. I can't repeat what we heard but it wasn't pleasant.
Dust all over the displays.
I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel this place rally needs some sort of re energising.
Didn't actually buy anything in the end as there was no care about what we were looking for.
Ordered online in the end. I would recommend just doing the same. Although it was quite entertaining to hear what they were saying.

The most friendly staff, so happy to help, especially Yasmine who helped us she was amazing and more than happy to run around for us - she was also very informative when offering other options when the size we needed wasn?t available couldn?t have asked for better. Great shop, great experience.

Tarnished item and was told own fault. Item is hardly worn and only a few months old. Awful service and Pandora CS are putting an investigation into this specific store. Hopefully end result will benefit everyone in future by forcing this store to get its act together.

Me and my partner went in the other day and they refused to let me use my 25% family and friends voucher than Exeter branch gave me after I complained about Barnstaple store. So Barnstaple store then refused it?? Woman was so rude! Won?t be going again! Also second time for one ring the stones fallen out!!
