Broke down on very busy road in Cornwall when on holiday. NFU breakdown answered quickly, advised me to call the Police for protection [for me and RAC] from busy traffic. Meanwhile she contacted the RAC and called me back. Kept me full informed and prioritised my call-out. The RAC/Police were there and roadworthy in 35mins! Awesome service and teamwork. Very grateful.
