We had to do some urgent banking in August while on holiday in Devon. The staff at Torrington branch could not have been more competent and helpful, sorting out some documents needed for a house purchase and even getting a card reader to us the same day! They have restored our faith in humanity and we are so grateful. We hope that the bosses at Nationwide will recognize their efforts! Sue and Rachel

I wish to mention 2 of your staff at barnstaple who have assisted me and gone through paperwork several times to sort out my finances for home improvementsThey are Rebecca Stone and another lady I only know as Beccy.Their professionalism shone through and nothing was too much trouble. They are an asset to the company.

First time going into Nationwide today, I was so pleased with the customer service and how much seating was available. I have two invisible health conditions, so do not find standing easy at times. Lovely modern decor, clean and our query was sorted out quickly. Thank you so much!
