Wonderful estate agents, always go the extra mile. We have been frankly lucky to have Nic Chbat and his team selling our unique coastal house in Mortehoe. Brilliant photography, brochure and video and stunning marketing. Great list of contacts - Nic knows who is looking in the area and whom might suit any individual property. He is always positive and straightforward - you know where you are with him - and responds promptly whenever needed.

Nic Chbat is not like other estate agents: once you and he agree that you are a ? match?, he tells you what he is going to do in preparing your property for sale- and then he goes ahead and does exactly that, in our case with immediate success!We went to Nic after failing to sell our property with another agent on the recommendation of a friend who had found themselves in a similar position. Our friend was not wrong!Nic Chbat is great at selling houses.If only all estate agents were like him?
