Changing rooms in male toilets not us females as a single dad this definitely deserves a 5 star review!!

Stores a weird layout so easy to get disorientated, the female toilets are tiny and badly laid out with baby change right in front of the cubicles, meaning access is impossible to the cubicles and putting unneeded stress on moms trying to change babies, it also results in you getting a crowd of people in a tiny space by the door. There was an accessible toilet, not sure if baby change was available in there. There's one lift as best as I could tell and stairs downstairs, although the store didn't seem to busy there was unsurprisingly a queue for the one lift. I wish id have known it was stairs down as i wouldnt have gone upstairs. The cafe looked popular but I didnt go in.

Went for a bra fitting that wS long overdue. The shop assistant was very helpful and they didn't have all that I wanted in stock so they have ordered into store for tomorrow.

Popped in just before closing time, yes I had two minutes, but just wanted a bottle of wine and a sandwich. On way to till two staff members told me they?re closed. Put wine and sandwich back. If I did the same to a customer at my job I would be given a taking down. If the door?s open, you let the customer, within a reasonable time, do their business. Otherwise, close earlier, if all you want to do is reprimand a customer and go home.
