I was very impressed by the efficient and quick service collecting a prescription that had only just been generated by my surgery. The pharmacist took my details and within a few minutes I was given my medication. Choon Cherng Huan served me.

Slight hiccup re repeat prescription, was solved instantly by a helpful suggestion by a member of staff and a very efficient pleasant pharmacist who immediately dispensed my repeat prescription. Thank you :-)

Having got my urgent prescription from my Gp as I didn?t have enough medication left after being away and submitting it and apologising to the counter staff for the urgency I was told I had to wait 24 hours which was not a problem. However one item was short so we had to collect it after another 48 hours which my wife did on my behalf where I assume it to be the pharmacist who spoke to her extremely rudely and told her abruptly to make sure he doesn?t do it again! When she arrived home she told me about her experience and was very upset at his attitude! I?m appalled that he should be allowed to speak to customers like it and will not be returning favouring another local pharmacy in future. Poor service will reflect on your business over time I?m sure!

Prices here are extortionate. I was charged £6.50 for Optrex eyedrops which Boots sell for £4.Lloyds require 5 days to process a prescription order, but are closed Sat/Sun so the only choice is to give them 7 days, because the first day of ordering doesn't count if later than the crack of dawn...Processing a prescription is a 5 minute job, check the computer > print a named label > bag the medicine > done. It's a joke that they want a full week to do that. "Busy" is a bad excuse.Also I seem to have to re-order medicine that's supposed to be a "repeat" prescription automatically restocked.They often keep piles of rubbish just stacked up in bin bags by the front desk as well.Just get Brannams to order your prescription with Tescos if you want a competent service.

Very rude on the phone. Just hang up. I know it can be busy at times as I work in healthcare too. Not the way to treat patients or attender.

So far no major issues with this particular location, however I have had issues with their other Pharmacy locations. It does seem that there are internal issues that need to be addressed and answered. I called their corporate office once about these issues and never even heard back so I?m not sure if they even care! I mean what?s the point in a company asking their customers for feedback if you?re not even going to let them know what you?ve done to fix things. feedback get back to them after asking for it? All we can do is let Lloyd?s know the issues, it?s their business that will ultimately fail if they don?t want to gain customers returning business. I understand things can go wrong but from reading some of these other comments I?d be concerned if I were representing this company internally.
