I don?t often write reviews, but the service I received at Kwik Fit today really deserves 5 stars. Last year I had a nightmare MOT with a large local garage that took nearly 48 hours to sort. In comparison, Kwik Fit completely blew me away with how efficient they are. It was really easy to book in, even at short notice, and I was in and out within an hour ? no fuss whatsoever. The staff were lovely too. I?d highly recommend them and will definitely be back next year. Thank you!

My husband who has MND (terminal illness) and myself travelled 9 miles as he has a mobility car to get a 10 minute tyre nail repaired. Unhelpful

Terrible! DO NOT GO HERE! Car failed MOT on a break pad on near side front and try charging me £380 when I complained they instantly dropped the price to £300 sounds like they just make it up! SCAM!

I took my car to Kwik Fit for an MOT without a prior appointment, and I was really impressed by the service. They managed to fit me in the very next day and sorted everything out within an hour, without any delays. The whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. I?m really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

Took. Y car for a service and I was told that I needed two tyres.
I said I would leave it for now.
Anyway my mot was the next day and the car passed frist time and no mention of any tyres to be replaced.
Make you wounder how often they try to con people

I hit a sharp rock in the middle of town?probably something that had fallen off the back of a truck. Within about a mile, my front offside run-flat tyre began to deflate, and by that point, I was already on a country road. We had to travel more than three miles before we could get to Kwik-Fit and by then, the tyre was nearly destroyed.
I was relieved to find they were open on a Sunday afternoon. Despite being fully booked and clearly very busy, they kindly agreed to fit me in before closing. They had a new tyre on the car and had us back on the road in under two hours.
The staff were pleasant, friendly, and efficient. My passengers and I felt very lucky they were able to help us. I?d recommend them without hesitation.

Josh the receptionist at Kwik-Fit at short notice diagnosed the problem with my Fiancee's car and arranged for Martin to completely service the front brakes. This amounted to the replacement of the front discs and pads. The job was completed within an hour. The charge was competitive with the charge that Ford would have rendered. My Fiancee and I were very pleased with the work and the quality of customer service. Also, the work is guaranteed for 12 months.
