I walked in barnstaple store this morning around 9.20 am, saw 4 members of staff, no-one acknowledged me, I was looking for trainers nobody ask if I needed help staff were too busy talking, I left the store not hapoy as I did want to make a purchase of a pair of vans, need to sort your staff out please

The staff were fine but the music was so loud and irritating I couldn't hear myself think and had to leave.

Great choice in-store I generally use the click and collect though , I do however have 1 gripe the way they seem to assume that everyone who enters the store is a shoplifter , I realise there is a lot of thefts and drugs etc in Barnstaple but to walk in the store and numerous friends and family have said the same they always feel like they are being watched by staff that pretend they are stacking hangers etc you don't have to judge everyone because a few idiots would rather help themselves rather than pay ,. But other than that staff are friendly and store is clean and tidy service is prompt , no other complaints

Shop is fine, unless you need service because the employees are more interested in talking to one another. Put them on commission they might care and work harder.

The staff are disgustingly rude. My partner overheard the woman talking too her collegue about him saying "that's a bit out of his price range" other times we go in there we get looked at as if we shouldn't be in there. I wouldn't even give a star if I didn't have too so they're lucky too be even getting one. The amount of money we spend in there aswell. Think they need some training on customer service because the customer service they have now stinks.

Staff are great,as is the products,but it's the god awful excuse for music you pump out, play some Vivaldi or something.
