I am so sorry to leave a bad review as I know how hard staff work and the pressures on the hospitality industry. The pub was busy, but plenty of seats available so perhaps the team were low on staff. The staff were lovely, friendly and apologised for the delays in serving drinks and food. Unfortunately the tables were not cleaned and customers cleaning tables of plates their selves. Ordered food and drinks via the app which was easy. 3 out of 4 meals arrived, apart from one which was delayed. I had a pizza which was burnt and huge dollops of tomato paste which was a massive disappointment as I enjoy a spoons pizza. Couldn't find any staff to let them know. I ate the middle of the pizza but even then it was crispy and cheese had melted to nothing. Might just be an off day for the team and won't put me off visiting other spoons establishment in the future.

Overall it was a nice experience and nice friendly staff, the only reason you got four stars is the fact the coffee machines didn't seem to be giving out very good hot drinks, the mochas didn't taste as good as they normally do out of the machines in most other spoons,tasted very weak, but you did get four stars for the fact I've always enjoyed it in there

Food came out to quick, it wasn't fresh burger bun was hard and the burger patty was very dry.

Great breakfast, hot and tasty. Tea and coffee okay. Very friendly locals chatted to me and added to the experience. Service only lacked table clearing.

Good value for money, you can't beat a weatherspoons for that.

The meal was hot. The staff were helpful. Good choice of beer. Outdoor eating at the back. Ground level toilets. Child friendly. Street parking.

My chicken was over done - black on base but just edible. Ate there night before and food was excellent.

It's a wetherspoon pub, cheap drinks, cheap food and prompt service, no frills, serves a purpose.
My only issue was that the tables hadn't been cleared or cleaned. It was a Friday evening so they were busy but they should account for this.

Got kicked out of Panniers Wetherspoons because I wanted a replacement burger - got told I was being rude and aggressive (absolutely laughable) before threatening to call the police.
I'd avoid if she's on shift, asked for a name for complaint and was given nothing

Shocking visit with my Family on Monday.
One poor chap on the bar on his own trying to serve and manage the app.
Lady on the floor was working tirelessly to try and get everything done but fighting a losing battle.
We waited 45 minutes for our food which was inedible??..
No sign of a manager throughout the visit which I think is unacceptable given how busy the pub was.
