Had to go to a branch to ID myself. My gold card was supposed to be activated.Was told all would work now. Card was not activated and there was no record of my Identification in perdon ehen I called customer service later in the evening.

Never had a problem with them or any of their staff, I just really wish that they were back in Bideford. I personally don't like using apps, and it would be nice to have the option in our local community to walk to and see a human being.

Always nice staff when I have been in, but never had so many problems with a bank before!

This is a decent sized branch when you go in there are a few steps to go up. But if you are in a wheelchair etc then there is a little lift next to them that you can go on. Sometimes the bank can get very busy but the staff deal with you as fast as they can. There is a paying-in machine and an atm machine in there that you can use so that will save you queuing up. There is normally a staff standing near it to help you if you're struggling to use the machine. There are also a few rooms there that you can privately go and speak to the staff if you need to talk about anything to do with your finances.
