Ordered items online but managed somehow to select click & collect in error. Laura contacted us by e-mail (on a Sunday evening) to check that?s what we intended (it wasn?t) and gave us alternative options.Absolutely first-class followup customer service, esp. as it was our error. Can?t recommend more highly and hope to place further order as soon as Mrs wife decides what she wants in newly renovated kitchen. Bravo ???
