Went in late afternoon today. Girl on till was insistent about whether I had a loyalty card, I said didn't have it to hand, then started asking if I'd signed up online. Couldn't find what I wanted, so asked assistant who was very helpful, didn't stock that type of product but they showed me a similar product which I said I would look it up online and maybe try at a later date,

Went into the store today, the Lady there was lovely, welcoming and professional. I was overwhelmed by the choices of products and didn't know what I needed and the lady went through the products with me and was so helpful I couldn't of asked for better customer service ☺️
