Very unpleasant visit this morning . Got told to leave by male staff - not sure why as he was 2 meters away from the machine yet two female staff not social distancing at all talking to each other like there is no tomorrow . Practice what you preach that would be the the right statement ! very insulting .

Couldn't have been more helpful with everything to do with our mortgage - only place we could find that would finance a home with a section 106 on it! And coffee while we waited was a lovely surprise.

Utterly extraordinary service, given absolutely gratis, to a stranger (me) trying to draw money from the ATM with a Master card that was not performing normally. Natalie and others were exceptionally kind and helpful.
Not only was every means tried to obtain the cash for a train ticket to Liverpool, but coffee and a biscuit was offered several times.
Two staff accompanied me to the station!!
If this bank had a branch near us in Cape Town South Africa, I would move to it immediately.
A huge thank-you for "saving my bacon".
