Went in to get some new wiper blades fitted? but had to order blades. Phoned store a few days later only to speak to a call centre who were useless. Kept me on phone ages while they checked and then told me not yet received by store. I then went on line to check and saw they were in store!
Drove up and a lovely guy found them, fitted them and as I asked about a brake fluid check, told me about a Halfords service centre elsewhere in town. Went there and had great service by a guy who checked my brake fluid there and then, and as all ok, charged me nothing. Very impressed? Great service, thank you! (Apart from help centre)

Having arrived at the specified Halfords for fitting of my dashcam, 15 minutes before my appointment time of 11am, I booked in and handed over my car key. I was told an hour would be plenty so return at 12. On returning my car had not been touched. It had been forgotten. Can?t really rate the service as I didn?t get any !!!!

Visiting Devon and forget the essential beach blanket. Purchase one online and collected it from the Barnstaple store. Store was easy to find, ample parking and had all the usual essentials. Seemed a little chaotic inside. Staff that were supposed to be on the till were inflating tyres and other members nowhere to be seen, one then popped up from outside with an other customer. Polite enough and found my click and collect behind the till. As I was Ieaving I saw the same blanket and realised the purchase was 50% cheaper online! All in all a positive experience.

I purchased four bikes for my family at this branch. We were served by Brad who was extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable. I think he is a real asset to the team. He took the time to make sure we each had a bike that was suitable for each rider.
Overall, all staff we encountered in store were very helpful and they make a great team; even when dealing with less than kind customers, they were very professional.
