Absolutely amazing!!! The staff and service my husband and I received there was more than the five stars I have given. We are down here on holiday and after towing our caravan over four hours to here, we noticed drivers side of car was low. Turns out suspension spring has snapped. Tom who we initially spoke to went above and beyond to get us in the following day to get the work done so it had minimal impact on our holiday. Louise on reception was so informative and helpful and a big shout out to Ben who completed the work. Without you all our holiday would have been ruined. We thank you so much

The only garage I go to for anything related to my car. Alan is always helpful and knows exactly what's wrong with the car. He is very detailed in his work and explain everything efficiently. The worked carried out on my car is always of top quality and never have any issues. Definitely of high standards here.

I contacted this garage by phone asking if they could help with my bonnet that would'nt stay shut at short notice.The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and told me to come straight in.The lady and the guys on site were very helpful and sorted the issue straight away without fuss.They were all very professional and helpful.Thank you very much! ?

My mrs took my car to have a new tyre today I was told on the weekend that the appointment was booked for 12:30, so she turned up just before 12:30 and then was told that it wasn?t until 1. So bad start and to top it all off they have damaged my wheel where they have used the bar to put the tyre on the wheel incredibly unhappy. Now I?ll have to pay out of my own pocket to get that repaired.

Had a nice bolt stuck in my runflat down here on holiday!Rang up these guys and had a really helpful lady on the phone. Found out the cheapest tyre they had which I could have in my size was an Avon. It wasn't exactly the cheapest but I was extremely happy with it.Really happy with the staff and how they managed to fit me in at such short notice.

The guys are always really helpful in here . Gave good advice and a decent price on my tyres. Good central location in town . The prices are a bit better if you book online .

Booked wheel alinement online and paid, drove to them to get it done. They informed me that my car is too wide (Mitsubishi L200) and they only have standard ramps.Surely one of the biggest automotive chains can cater for larger cars/trucks/vans

I would give them no stars but you have to give one to have your say. I paid 400 pound last December 8 months ago to have 4 new tyres I brought all weather expensive premium and was happy at the time with fitting. I had a slow puncture and took it to my local tyre fitters they diagnosed leaks all around the rim. They took the tyre off and noticed that the previous tyre fitter was too lazy to clean the rims properly and left rust spots and paint and dirt all around my rims then fitted the tyres on dirty rims. Lazy. So I have had to pay to have my rims properly cleaned and tyres re fitted. At my cost. I rang and spoke to a very unhelpful rude manager. Saying because it was 8 months ago it wasn?t their fault. Stay away from these lazy rude people do your self a favour and go elsewhere. ??

Paid and booked for 4 new tyres online. They used force to get wheel bolts off as apparently too tight. After breaking one they didnt ring me to inform me, they decided to try another and this too snapped off. Rang me to say broken and now I need new Wheel hub, they would not accept liability. They didn't use oil or heat to loosen the bolts just force(Other mechanics have told me If they had done this it would have loosened, using force alone would break it) . They laughed at me when told them they broke it. One suggestion was I sign a waiver and drive to another garage I could not believe they suggested I drive an unsafe car. Asked speak to manager Alan he agreed not to drive he would order part and ring me. He rang Saturday quoted £560 but to help out would charge me £160. As I was going away next day said I would pick up on return. Friday arrived and car was not ready part had not even arrived as manager on hoilday noone had checked They have ordere the part now and it was on its way, got rung at 4pm to say ready. I arrived at 4.30 and told now problem with ABs and need another part 1hr later told could not fix today. Long story short got my car back Sunday they waiveredsome costs but was still charged £272 for breakage they did to my car.I paid under protest as needed my car for my Job . i was told by manager was supplier' fault the part had not arrived . Again the garage not taking responsibility for their errors. Emailed customer services my complaint on sunday and asked for investigation into all my complaints and a report and would like them to recompensate me for costs. Recieved automated reply that I would hear from them within 48 hrs now 3 days later still no correspondence from customer services. Very poor service for national company. Very disappointed alot of stress caused for such a simple Job. National companies have liability insurance and should comply with customers trading standards act 2013 but seem to ignore complaints . No where on site can I take this further going to speak to CAB for advise on how I can pursue my complaint to be reimbursed

Had to take my care else where after Alan couldn't sort the alignment even after 2 Attempts. steering wheel was set at 45 degrees!!! Horrible attitude but even worse than that is the guys that sorted his mess out said the left hand side way FINGER TIGHT!! this car has a kids seat and you thought that finger tight would be okay. I will be reporting this issue to trading standards.It doesn't bare thinking about the damage this could have cause you should be ashamed.rather than asking me to email you why not except some responsibility or even better apologize
