Dealt with them last season, they lost my details & then want me to fill out all the details they lost on a very long & time-consuming ?new customer? form. When I gave them all the details that they had lost from my last order they still refused to set me up. Plainly have diluted Pollet?s decent customer service in the merger & have too many customers so probably worth not dealing with them as they are making far too much money without you!
