We visited the Barnstaple store last Tuesday which was very well stocked and so much bigger than I?d expected. Martin Fitzgerald helped us find a perfect sofa bed for my son?s bedroom. Martin was great he let us try all the beds and wasn?t pushy at all, which is always appreciated. The sofa bed was in stock so we were able to collect it from the warehouse in Pottington straight away. The guys working there were fantastic too and helped my son and I fit it into my car. The sofa bed was then used for a sleepover the very next day and I was informed it was very comfy, so happy customers all round!

Not happy with receiving a bed, wrong colour, on going to store I was told to email someone else, I explained I can't do this, I asked for them to do it, he said no. I call it passing the buck! I said I bought the bed from them, and this is not a good customer service.

Booked our sofa, Dining table from Barnstaple Shop. Martin was the sales executive who was very supportive, patient, didn't have any pressure at all, knowledgeable and helps us to give us a decent discount all together. We mentioned about possible delays and he was happy to hold the product in their Warehouse which felt very welcoming. There were multiple options available for every product which was helpful. Explained about 0% interest rates, refundable options. Very impressed with the experience

Bought a few bits, but biggest purchase 2 and 3 seater sofas. After 4 months 3 seater, shop just told us to get in touch with head office, they want to send an accessor at our cost of £59
, we said no, they waivered it and the bloke came and said it was broken and shouldn?t have happened. They wouldn?t replace or refund so we had to have it repaired, it?s ok but you can see through the gap on the sofa, but cannot fight them anymore. Please be aware if buying from this company that they don?t replace and you have to pay for an accessor. Would not enter that shop again and have told many of my friends.

I went in with no idea what I wanted. Started looking and Paul Wheeler explained the layout of the store, asked if we wanted help or were happy to browse. Found what I wanted quickly, and oh wow the Metro sofa is comfy!!
Paul went through the details, colour, delivery etc and we put in the order.
I would definitely recommend FW Homestores in Barnstaple and Paul was so helpful.
Dad got coffee and I got popcorn and new sofas.

We have visited the Barnstaple store on many occasions, and have always been happy with what we we purchase. The staff are always great and helpful. Martin took our most recent order and he was very knowledgeable and very efficient.
