Extremely helpful staff member called, Andy. Had lost my phone but he sorted me out with a replacement sim card very quickly and with no hassle. I didn't feel rushed even though the shop was busy.

Great,, we set up a new contract with ease and my son walked away with his flash new phone last week. (We had previously tried to set up a new contract online unsuccessfully) The staff were all friendly. Daniel, I think it was who helped us, was great. My adult son is autistic & unfortunately soon gets bored of interactions with other humans!! However Daniel was helpful, cheery & helped to ease the process. Letting us take our time & realising that my son needed not to be overwhelmed with information. He is very happy with his new phone and probably got sent the feedback text and ignored it so I thought I would leave a review instead. 5? service.

Lent my EE MiFi device to a client who lost my sim card. EE sent me a replacement which turned out to be a replacement for my main contract and not my MiFi device.Came on holiday to Croyde and had to pop in to Barnstaple to get this sorted.The guy in the EE store sorted me right out really quickly and it didn't cost me a penny. Didn't try and sell me anything else just knuckled down and got on with me for me.Really happy with that service.Just done some Googling and the guys name was Emlyn. Think he was the manager. Thanks Emlyn - If our paths ever cross again I owe you a beer :)

I went into EE to get a sim only deal but the advisor spent all the time trying to see about my broadband which I find annoying especially when I'm with BT and EE are part of BT so I'm not sure what the big deal is.
