Vastly understaffed, phones not answered, very stressed out staff due to such few numbers. Must be a lot of shop lifting as the more expensive bedding is on display in cupboards fitted with combination locks. General layout of items is messy and doesn't appear to be in any logical order. I would not be surprised to see this store close down.

Good range of products at reasonable prices and varying quality. Staff when you can find them are polite, friendly and helpful. One person on a till on a Saturday at 5 pm is crazy. There was a queue of 8 people when I arrived and it only got longer. I tried calling the store whilst queuing but the automated phone system said the lines had closed for the evening. It had only just gone 5pm! During my visit I saw a total of 3 staff, including the lady on the till. I would visit again, but only if I had the time.

Waited over half an hour to be served to buy net curtains. Asked 3 times for assistance then finally 2 turned up and said they were the only ones there? To then be served by a completely different person customer service is diabolical

Great to have a Dunelm near home for click and collection . Store is a bit cramped and not easy to find things.

Had a hot chocolate in Dunelm today, Holly is a credit to them, she knows that my dad likes his hot chocolate with extra chocolate and as soon as we walked in she started to make it before we?d even approached the counter. She is kind and considerate and goes the extra mile for the customers. ?

Very disappointed I could not change my item as they had delivered a double duvet cover when I ordered a king- reason was change of mind policy was 7 days ago- will be raising this with dorma customer complaints
