Me and my husband went mattress shopping and after going to a few different shops Dreams in Barnstaple was the place. We was welcomed by a lovely man called Mark who helped us find our perfect mattress and didn't go straight in with the top high price ones which was nice.
Mark was a down to earth guy and really made the whole shopping experience a great one.
There was also a lady there too but unfortunately I can not remember her name ,but she also helped and really knew her stuff about mattresses.
If I could I would give them 10 stars !
They really did go that extra mile to make our experience perfect.

I spent a delightful hour choosing my new very comfortable mattress. I was able to take my time , try them all out and finally choosing the perfect one and helped through the payment process . Brilliant!

Sophie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helping us to choose our new double mattress. She asked if we wanted to use the Sleepmatch facility but I explained that we had done so on line. My wife and I were able to try out a selection of mattresses and finally settled on a Fowey D mattress for delivery in 10 days time. Reasonable price and we were pleased to find out about your recycling service for our old mattress, and comprehensive insurance both of which we also purchased. Nice cup of tea too! Thanks Sophie.

Jim was an absolute star, we could only get there about 20 minutes before the store closed and he stayed and helped us pick the perfect mattress and bed. He is super knowledgeable and instantly was able to point us in the right direction. Felt very looked after and left happy with our purchase. If you need a genuine person who knows what they?re talking about, couldn?t recommend Jim any more.
