The deichmann shop in green Lanes Barnstaple the staff were very helpful my daughter bought a pair of skechers there over a month ago they were the wrong size took them back to the shop they exchanged them for another pair they were prepared to send us a pair the staff were very helpful and polite would highly recommend this shop

Ordered on line. Tried to collect item. Provided ID on request. Then asked to sign. Declined as I had already provided information on who i was, why I was there and the trainers I had ordered. Despite having paid for the trainers and the box being in front of me, told I could not have the trainers. After further discussion obtained a refund and went to another retailer

Jeannette who looked after us & helped choose school shoes & trainers today for our 12 year granddaughter, was exceptional. She was very patient & caring, as well as funny & smiling. We didn?t feel rushed & came out with smiles on our faces & 3 pairs of shoes. Happy customers & well done, Jeannette ??

Today I have have spent almost an hour in the barnstaple store with a very fussy 6 yr old , Zayn went above and beyind to help me find the right shoe for her, we tried on every pair of shoes in her size going back and forward and nothing was too much trouble the lad certainly deserves a medal .
