Went in today to ask about lg tvs and stands. The staff were useless were very unhelpful didn?t know there stock and information on the tvs when I asked to speak to a member of staff and just brought it up on the computer which isn?t why I came in to ask and were really unhelpful. The stands we found on the floor yet they didn?t seem to know where they were or the info and used the computer to look it up. They all looked like the didn?t want to be there

I don?t even know why I bothered, every time I go into this store either members of staff are chatting to each other or no staff. There is no acknowledgment at all. One member of staff walking around with his dog on a lead( maybe a therapy dog) the cooker we was looking at was out of stock, no alternatives mentioned.
All Currys sadly are the same, no wonder why people buy on line.

Ryan was fantastic at the Barnstaple branch. I came in quite late to get a new TV and nothing was too much trouble. Guided me well on which TV to choose. Very attentive, espeically for dealing with me coming in close to closing time. Very impressed, give Ryan a raise! Thank you!

In store absolutely fabulous made us aware of savings and best deals, 5 * service I would appreciate the price of TVs on the TVs without having to look it up on the website though
however the customer service team who you call to check if an item has been delivered is catastrophic, I've done a 30 mile trip on there word and item was ready to collect and it's wasn't, thanks Currys for ruining my day and causing me to be more out of pocket,

Terrible customer service. All staff just stand around, annoyed face expressions as if you bother them if you come to them or when they serve you. 4 staff standing around and sent me off to stand in line at customer service desk where there was only one member of staff serving someone for absolutely ages. 15 minutes later I asked him if there is anyone else and he shouted for a guy to come over -the same guy who originally sent me away and couldn?t be bothered to serve me himself.
Also a lot of stock missing.
Not a good store, will try to shop elsewhere.

Went into.store about 6pm on Friday to buy a gaming laptop, no one around except at the till. No help after 30 min. Had to go ask at till for help. A man came to assist but couldn't help due to stock. He was smelly and abrupt in his manner and told us we should go to Taunton as they have a larger range of stock. We asked for technical knowledge but he didn't explain properly. Your staff need tech training, customer service training and a better attitude.
