“Dear Sir/Madam I was delighted when I called at your Taunton Shop this week. This is because I found 2 Bras in my size made of cotton and Nylon you haven't had any of these for ages. I am unable to wear Polyester or Polymide, and for the last few years you have more and more clothes made of these products are appearing in the shop. I also found Viscous clothes this time and I don't remember you having these before. I can wear Acrylic and Nylon and any natural fibres except wool. I have complained at athe shop and it seems as though you have taken note. Thank you Mrs Jane Bonnick”

“I love the clothes, but what makes me go back is the fact I get so much help. I'm a very curvy woman, who finds it a challenge to find clothes that fit, and they use a lot of natural fabrics. The house of tweed tick the boxes, but I'm partially disabled and don't have enough energy, usually to look through everything to find the right fit. The service is first class, I was given a few choices and delighted with most of them. I always leave the shop with a beaming smile and a bargain. Go and check it out. You won't be disappointed.”

“This is one of the best charity shops I have ever been to! I totally love it and spend over an hour in it! (I could easily spend longer having a good rummage!) It recently expanded to be twice the size so it now has a room completely dedicated to Children's Toys, linens and bric a brac whereas the other room is for clothes, footwear, books and jewellery. They have such lovely things. You're bound to find a bargain that you love! ?”

“Great choice in-store I generally use the click and collect though , I do however have 1 gripe the way they seem to assume that everyone who enters the store is a shoplifter , I realise there is a lot of thefts and drugs etc in Barnstaple but to walk in the store and numerous friends and family have said the same they always feel like they are being watched by staff that pretend they are stacking hangers etc you don't have to judge everyone because a few idiots would rather help themselves rather than pay ,. But other than that staff are friendly and store is clean and tidy service is prompt , no other complaints”

“Went in to get some new wiper blades fitted… but had to order blades. Phoned store a few days later only to speak to a call centre who were useless. Kept me on phone ages while they checked and then told me not yet received by store. I then went on line to check and saw they were in store!
Drove up and a lovely guy found them, fitted them and as I asked about a brake fluid check, told me about a Halfords service centre elsewhere in town. Went there and had great service by a guy who checked my brake fluid there and then, and as all ok, charged me nothing. Very impressed… Great service, thank you! (Apart from help centre)”
