Overall very good experience from Tim the Salesman to Helen the Surveyor to James the fitter. Very helpful and polite service from Tim who we will no doubt return to again when we need more flooring. Helen was very friendly and efficient during our survey and measurements. James the carpet fitter was hard-working and very experienced at his job too. 10/10 to the whole team. Thank you Carpetright. I had a gentleman called Tim help me out with my carpets, I couldn't of asked for better customer service. He went above and beyond to help with anything I needed to know.

Well yes they sell carpet that part is true. Arranged to have measurements done after choosing my carpets for a 2 bedroom house. £2200 for carpets underlay fitting which I was happy with. Carpet right canceled the measurement appointment and had to rebook again for a week later was told we would get the exact price once measurements had been done. Exact price was £4800 how can a so called professional sales person be so far out surely he must know the rough price of a 2 bedroom home. I went to store and the carpet was no longer half price and my qoute had run out 1 day after the original measurements day. I was told I will get a phone call the next day which I did hi we have got your carpets down to £2500 is that OK. The fitters turned up to fit my carpets and the first thing they asked did I pay for underlay which I said yes I believe so as I ordered carpets underlay all fixtures and fitting. The fitter said that they had to argue with carpet right to get the underlay as it wasn't on the invoice. So I originally get a invoice for over double the original price and to get the price lower they took the underlay off the invoice. Be very careful with this company and check you are getting what you asked for and paid for. The best part was the independent fitters done a very good job and we are happy with their work. Carpet right are just after your money and don't care as long as they get it.

Had Neil lay our laminate flooring on Tuesday 23rd January. Would just like to say what a brilliant job he done, very friendly and very professional. Absolutely over the moon with the result, thank you carpetright and especially NEIL.

Sorry not worth one star.Went in to shop and they was not at all friendly or helpful ripped us off .we realised when got home that it should not of cost what we paid .never got a receipt. Whent in to the store and they had ripped our receipt up . I wonder whyHonestly first time there.complained tohead office and got cut off got overChargedcharged

Very good service from Tim, one of the employees at the Barnstaple branch. He was extremely helpful with my purchases. He went above and beyond and his whole attitude was very professional and thorough.

Matt and Tim very helpful we have just had our lounge/ diner/ stairs and landing carpeted very pleased, so much so we are now havind our 3 bedrooms carpeted and new vinyl in the bath room and shower room
