Booked a computer test on my renault kadjar, got a full printout and had the problem explained to me, said to me when the fault light comes on again,which it will, contact us and we will book it in for repair, I was more than impressed with the customer care which came across, thanks guys.

I dropped in to this Garage unannounced today and I couldn?t have been treated any better, whilst the problem needed to be booked in for a full assessment in the future, they ran a few checks for me and reassured me with a few bits of added advice, and wouldn?t take any payment, I know it sounds ?old school? but going to a garage as a woman with very little knowledge of my car makes me feel very vulnerable and I came away so happy!!!
