Did accept my discount voucher so thumbs up there. However as I walked staff were talking and swearing to each other and didn’t realise I was there for at least five mins. Lovely staff at bk, who appear hard working and professional. However they seem let down by malfunctioning kit .....which led to one of the most disappointing pale cold burgers I've ever had.
