Good facilities just off the main road, bit tricky to get back on to the main road from here though as it a busy roundabout. Lots of wv chargers though.

Avoid at all costs! Shocking experience, went to use the manual car wash, the foaming lance or foaming brush both didn?t work properly as no foam was coming out. Attendant there would not listen to me and was constantly on the phone to his ?boss? who said no refund could be given. Wasted 15 minutes of my time - will not be coming ever again.

The drive thru car wash did not clean my car (gold car wash). The car has regular cleans so it was not muddy. I spoke to the manager respectfully, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately he was rude and argumentative.

Went to jet was the car. The bay was caked in mud, not been cleaned in ages. No soap in any program, the brush was broken, I persevered to get the car to an acceptable state but then the card reader stopped working - this is not the first time!
I was also hoping to get a charge but the EV chargers that were installed last year are still not working - the sign says coming soon and has done for 6 months!
There?s a new service station on the other side of the road that looks very inviting!

Ceiling was leaking on visit.
Nearly slipped when walking through, I did mention it to staff that they need to sort it and get a wet floor sign. But didn't seem to be much urgency in the matter.

It's a service station next to the link road. Prices are higher for fuel food etc. That said it has numerous car wash machines and hand washing. You can park up and are surrounded by KFC Greggs Subway. There is a travel lodge if these are your thing or have been travelling for a long time. Just watch the roundabout as you leave as ppl fly of the Junction

I've Tried to take a parcel to this garage a couple times now.first time was told they couldn't do it if I need a label.second time was told they have no labels ?both times been faced with a rude old man. After a bit of back and forth he refused to let me pay for the other items from the shop.Shocking customer service

Now appear to have removed the LPG pump and replaced it with... a bin. Seems a bit of a backwards step, especially considering it was pretty much the only place across the whole of North and Mid Devon to do LPG and being in Barnstaple was on the way to a lot of other places. Now a massive drive to go and get LPG from elsewhere. LPG pumps bring in customers who then spend on other things and probably fill up with fuel too for convenience even if it's not the cheapest. I, like many others, now have absolutely no reason to use this petrol station so they've lost a fairly regular customer.

I always dread dropping my Yodel parcels off at this garage. It seems to be a bit of a lottery which staff member you?ll get and what reception you will receive. I haven?t said anything before, but after my experience at roughly 16.00 today, I decided I?ve had enough dropping my parcels off here.I use this garage, as it?s the only drop off point on my way home from work that doesn?t require me to drive out of my way.The reception you receive to dropping off parcels varies. Sometimes you?re lucky and get the nice staff who don?t have any issue taking them? Sometimes your not lucky , and get the ones that tut at you, because they have to scan in the parcel. It?s even worse if you have 3 or 4 to drop off.Today I had 4 parcels. 3 small ones and one large one.The large one was very light, weighing barely more than a bag of sugar, just in an awkward sized box. As soon as I approached the counter, a young girl with long dark hair, looked at me and said, ?is that a parcel for yodel??I said it was, but it was very light.?We don?t take big parcels here?.I replied, that it was within the yodel requirements for drop off.?We don?t take parcels that big here?, she repeated.Then her compatriot with blond dread locks added, ?They don?t fit in our bag?.When I added that they have no issues taking parcels at the Texaco garage at Sticklepath, she just repeated ?we don?t take big parcels here?.So I told them I?d take all 4 parcels up to Texaco and left.It?s a 2 mile round trip to drive to Texaco and back? but I had no issues there. They had no issues taking any of the parcels and are always polite and professional about it.I?ve decided it?s just not worth the hassle of dropping off parcels at the Roundswell BP garage anymore. It more often than not you get the staff who really don?t want to take your parcels. So in future, I?ll just drive straight to Texaco.They at least don?t make it blatently obvious that they wish you hadn?t walked into their garage shop.

Had great service for both diesel and LPG unfortunately LPG was not working last time I called and was told may not be repaired. As a member of Motor Caravan Club this was the only site ti get gas in the North Devon area and many of the MCC used them. Let's hope its repaired soon.

They are now refusing to take cash for many of the services. Will no longer use, very inconvenient not to accept legal tender. BOYCOTTED!
