Appaling. Order from Doctors supposed to be ready on 8th Jan, went in to collect on 11th what should of been 2 x inhallers, plus around 10 boxes of mixed diabeties abd cancer pills and all they offered was 1 small pavket of pills and said that was all that was ordered!!!!, I know thats crap as I ordered thèm online. Away on Monday so now a month with no medication.. Thanks for nothing Boots

I have just been to Boots at Roundswell and been lied to. Last Monday I went for a repeat prescription. For some reason the DR had sent it 2 halves. One half was ready which I collected and the lady behind the counter stated the other half had come in but not done yet but would be done in the next 2/3 days. I returned today a week later. I was told by a member of staff it had only come in over the weekend. When I challenged her and told her what I had been told last week she said oh I didn?t know you had been told that!! I was then told part of my prescription was still missing. Boots have a sign up stating they won?t tolerate abuse and violence to wards there staff and quite rightly so. But perhaps they should have a sign up saying don?t lie to the customers

Just turned up waited 15 minutes without the queue moving. It?s a scorching hot day, most people are above 60 in the queue. I?d like to say it?s the first time but I?ve experienced this many times here over the years. Not good enough!

Some staff are lovely and helpful.. so many issues with errors and blaming others.. same old, we are busy not in stock can?t find prescriptionI understand busy not an issue however treat customers with respect and truth..the stress caused by errors are detrimental to someone?s health..The eye rolling is consistent with particular staff..Love your job or leave..Kindness costs nothing

Google locator pin is in the wrong place so if you use Google maps to get there you will end up in the wrong place. It's actually next door to Sainsbury's.

only 2 staff on duty at 2 pm saturday, not organised, long waiting time to be served, and only wanted to pay for 2 items.would not recommend and will not be returning

Boots chemist is not behind Tool station , they are next to sainsburys , Make sure you queue in the middle from main door or the mouthy Chinese woman won't serve you , i waited 23 mins , and got told to join queue again , the queue should be for prescription not general items , so i said thanks for wasting my time TW@T , and went into sainsbury's to lloyds chemist and got served in 2mins , better watch out boots your loose customers and shut down , over priced and rude , poor customer service , goodbye forever .

I have tried Boots at Fremington and Lloyd's Chemist at Sainsbury's and in my opinion and many others who I have spoken to agree with me they are not fit for purpose but having Changed to Boots of Roundswell North Devon, they are brilliant every month they text me to say my prescription is ready. It is the best service I have had for many a year since Pete was transfered from Fremington to Northam.
