This must be one of the busiest pharmacies I've ever seen. The wait was over 30 mins in a queue. They made a mistake and didn't store my medication correctly, so it was a complete waste of time. Recommend people go elsewhere.

I called into Boots yesterday & was SO pleased Chloe was on No 7 counter she was as always delightful she made my day & yes I bought several no 7 products due to her helping me choose the right product for me bless her

The staff in here are wonderful - so helpful! But the pharmacy wait times are near atrocious. Totally understand that they?re busy, but sometimes I have to set aside an hour and a half of my time to get my prescription (queuing for 20 minutes, waiting for half an hour for them to package it, queuing for another HOWMANY minutes. It?s a great pharmacy overall, but yeah the wait times are a bit insane.

Excellent service from staff & pharmacist gent in particular, who furnished me swiftly with medication from a 111 referral because I stupidly ran out of vital medication at the weekend. Good job. Many thanks. Jamie.

I came in because I was struggling finding a foundation that matched me and suited me, a lady called Mandy came over to help me, she was amazing really helped me, gave me advice and really knew what she was talking about

Waiting in a queue for medication for 15 minutes. Only one member of staff serving, which was woefully inadequate. Also, it appeared the member of staff had to check every item with the pharmacist before a purchase could be made.
When I was eventually served, you guessed it, I couldn?t purchase the item I required without the member of staff first checking with the pharmacist. She was away for ages and I eventually gave up waiting. This problem doesn?t occur in other pharmacies but seems to be a regular thing in Boots as they don?t have enough staff and those they do have are so slow and never seem to show consideration for the customer and the long waiting times they have to suffer.
There are lots of other pharmacies in the market place, and as a result of yesterday?s experience, I shall make a conscious effort to avoid Boots in the future.

I went to Boots to by a tube of Eumovate, which is over the counter steroid cream for eczema. I showed my hand eczema to the pharmacy technician and she unnecessarily went to get the pharmacist who came and started preaching me in stuttering sentences about dry skin and eczema and refused to sell me the OTC product. He told me that I need a private prescription (forOTC drug ?) It was obvious that he does not know much about skin conditions & I guess he felt obliged to make some sort of a decision because he was called by the technician. I then went to another chemist 200 yards away and bought the cream, no questions asked.

It's like I was trying to buy Class-A drugs over the counter for cash. I wasn't, just a bottle of Night Nurse. Only use Boots if there is no local alternative. Avoid.

felt super uncomfortable as was being watched by staff in every aisle we went in. me and my friend are teenagers so obviously assuming we were going to steal. it?s a shame that other people stealing ruins everyone else?s experience. Had to leave when wasn?t ready too as just felt awkward

Popped in with a list from my daughter - Shakti couldn?t have been more helpful helping me find them and even suggested some bits that were nothing to do with makeup. Made a shopping trip so less stressful! Definitely recommend.

A very big boots . But why is there not a bigger selection of eco friendly toothbrushes ? I was under the impression that Boots stocks Georganics Toothbrushes , this was very disappointing. I'm a bit confused about how this has happened . I only use Georganics toothbrushes.
